"The Spaghetti Incident?" is Guns N' Roses' fifth studio album, a collection of covers rather than new songs. Most of the tracks are older punk rock and hard rock numbers, which makes it a loud, affectionate nod to the music the band grew up on. It came out on Geffen, released on 23 November 1993 in the US and a day earlier in the UK and Europe.

In the band's story it sits between the two Use Your Illusion albums and Chinese Democracy, and it is a record of last times. It is the only studio album with rhythm guitarist Gilby Clarke, who took over from Izzy Stradlin, though some of Stradlin's parts remain. It is also the final one with Slash, Duff McKagan, Matt Sorum and producer Mike Clink. It was the only Guns N' Roses album without a tour, and it sold less than the rest, but critics were generally kind to it.
