Operation: LIVEcrime
Operation: LIVEcrime is a live boxed set from Queensrÿche, released in November 1991 by EMI. It captures the band performing their concept album Operation: Mindcrime on stage, and it came out after the tour that supported Empire.
The limited edition arrived in two versions, each pairing a videocassette with either a CD or an audio cassette of the live performances. It sits between Empire and Promised Land in the band's story, and gives fans of their progressive metal a chance to hear Mindcrime played live. The CD was remastered in 2001, and the video later came out on DVD with hidden bonus tracks "The Lady Wore Black" and "Roads to Madness", plus interviews and a graphic story of the album.
