Live at Luna Park
Live at Luna Park is Dream Theater's seventh live album and video, released in November 2013. It was filmed at Luna Park Stadium in Buenos Aires over two nights in August 2012. The full show on the first disc comes from 19 August, while the bonus material on the second disc was taken from the following night. Mike Leonard directed the concert film.
It matters in the band's story as their first live recording with drummer Mike Mangini, who arrived after Mike Portnoy left in 2010. It came out between the studio albums A Dramatic Turn of Events and the self-titled Dream Theater, so it catches the progressive metal band in a new chapter. It was issued in several formats, from DVD and Blu-ray to a deluxe box set with a 40-page book and three CDs.
