Kill or Be Killed
Kill or Be Killed is the seventh studio album by Biohazard, the American hardcore punk band. It came out on 18 March 2003 through Sanctuary Records, and its sound blends hardcore punk, metalcore and rap metal.
It follows Uncivilization, which had taken a more experimental turn, and this record was noted as a return to the band's traditional style. It also brings a change in the line-up: guitarist Carmine Vincent, formerly of Nucleus, joins in place of Leo Curley. For listeners who prefer Biohazard in their familiar, heavier mode over the wider reach of the previous album, this is the one to try, and it sits between Uncivilization and 2005's Means to an End in the band's run of studio releases.
