Biohazard

Biohazard are an American hardcore band from Brooklyn, New York City, formed in 1987. They were among the first groups to blend hardcore punk and heavy metal with hip hop, a mix that set them apart from their peers. The original trio of Evan Seinfeld, Bobby Hambel and Anthony Meo soon gained Billy Graziadei, and Danny Schuler took over on drums before the first album, settling the line-up that held from 1988 to 1995.

Their debut, Biohazard, arrived in 1990, followed by Urban Discipline in 1992, which remains the record most people start with. State of the World Address and Mata leão are the other key albums from the 1990s. After line-up changes, a split, a 2008 reunion and a quiet spell, the classic four reunited in 2022 and returned to the stage in 2023. Divided We Fall followed in 2025.
