Divided We Fall is the tenth studio album by American hardcore punk band Biohazard, released on 17 October 2025 through BlkIIBlk Records. Matt Hyde produced it, and it is filed under metal, which suits a band that has long lived where hardcore and heavier sounds meet.

It follows Reborn in Defiance from 2012, the first new record in the band's catalogue since Means to an End in 2005 had been followed by that gap. For anyone who came up with Urban Discipline in 1992 or State of the World Address in 1994, this is the next chapter in a story that began with their 1990 self-titled debut, and it is worth hearing to see how that sound sits in the present day.
