Limp Bizkit
Limp Bizkit are a nu metal band from Jacksonville, Florida, formed in 1994 by vocalist Fred Durst and bassist Sam Rivers. Drummer John Otto and guitarist Wes Borland followed, with DJ Lethal on turntables. Their sound pairs Durst's angry delivery with Borland's experimental guitar work, and it grew out of the Jacksonville underground scene before a deal with Flip Records and Interscope brought their debut, Three Dollar Bill, Y'all, in 1997.
Significant Other (1999) and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water (2000) took them into the mainstream, producing singles such as "Nookie", "Break Stuff" and "Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle)". They also covered The Who's "Behind Blue Eyes". Borland left and returned more than once, and later albums include Results May Vary (2003), Gold Cobra (2011) and Still Sucks (2021). They have sold 40 million records worldwide.
