Eat the Elephant is the fourth studio album by American rock band A Perfect Circle, released on 20 April 2018 through BMG. It arrived fourteen years after eMOTIVe, following a long and stop-start process. Work on new material began as early as 2008, but singer Maynard James Keenan and guitarist Billy Howerdel, the band's main writers, struggled to agree on a direction while busy with other projects. Producer Dave Sardy and a renewed focus helped the band finish the record in early 2018.

What you hear is a calmer, more reflective side of the band, with more piano and electronics than on earlier records. Keenan's lyrics turn to modern society, religion and politics, and to a perceived lack of accountability in humanity. Four singles preceded the album, including "The Doomed" and "TalkTalk". Critics welcomed it as a successful comeback, though some missed the harder rock of the earlier albums. It debuted at number 3 on the US Billboard 200.
