Camino Palmero is the debut studio album by American rock band The Calling, released on 10 July 2001. The title comes from a Los Angeles street, where Alex Band and Aaron Kamin first met. The cover art shows platforms 5 and 6 of Santa Maria Novella railway station in Florence, Italy. It is the record that gave the band their hit single "Wherever You Will Go", and it sets out their stall at the very start of their story, ahead of Two in 2004.

Musically, it sits between alternative rock and pop rock, with grunge influences and plenty of guitar solos. Lyrically it deals with romantic love, relationships, heartache and misplaced loyalty. Critics were largely unkind about its subject matter and lack of originality, though they singled out the arrangements and the lead singer's vocal performance for praise. It reached number 36 on the Billboard 200 and went platinum in the US.
