Flesh & Blood is the third studio album by American glam metal band Poison, released in July 1990 on Capitol Records. It followed 1988's Open Up and Say… Ahh!, and the band used it to step away from the pure party mood of that record and show a more serious side.

The singles tell the story well. "Unskinny Bop" and "Something to Believe In" both reached the US top 10, and "Ride the Wind", "Life Goes On" and "(Flesh & Blood) Sacrifice" kept the hits coming. The album climbed to number 2 on the Billboard chart and has sold more than seven million copies worldwide. If you know Poison only for the hairspray anthems, this is the record that shows what else they could do.
