Best of Ballads and Blues is a compilation from the American glam metal band Poison, released by Capitol Records on 5 August 2003. Rather than rounding up the big hits, it gathers the group's power ballads and blues-leaning songs in one place, which sets it apart from their earlier Greatest Hits: 1986-1996.

It arrived a year after the studio album Hollyweird, and it offers a gentler side of a band best known for loud, brash party rock. Acoustic recordings of "Something to Believe In" and "Stand" add something fresh for those who know the originals. Some editions came with a bonus disc of three live tracks, which was also issued as a promo single. It debuted at number 141 on the Billboard 200.
