Inferno is the eighth studio album by Entombed, the Swedish death metal band. It came out on 4 August 2003 on Music for Nations, and it follows on directly from the sound of 2001's Morning Star rather than striking out in a new direction.

That sound blends traditional death metal with death 'n' roll, the groove-heavy hybrid the band had helped shape since Wolverine Blues in 1993, with other influences woven in along the way. It sits between Morning Star and 2007's Serpent Saints: The Ten Amendments, so it is a good place to hear where the band stood in the early 2000s. If you know their early records, such as Left Hand Path and Clandestine, and want to hear how far they had travelled from them, this one is well worth a listen.
