The Voice of the Wretched
The Voice of the Wretched is the first live album from English doom metal band My Dying Bride, released by Peaceville on 21 May 2002. It was recorded in Tilburg in the Netherlands on 4 March 2001, so it captures the band shortly after the release of The Dreadful Hours.
Early pressings carried a couple of printing slips: two of the tracks were listed in the wrong order, and the title "Turn Loose the Swans" appeared with a garbled spelling on the sleeve. For anyone who collects the band's records, that makes original copies a small curiosity.
