Popularity46.1

Danzig 777: I Luciferi is the seventh studio album by the American heavy metal band Danzig, released on 21 May 2002. It followed 6:66: Satan's Child from 1999 and came before Circle of Snakes in 2004. Glenn Danzig put it out on his own Evilive label, with Spitfire Records handling distribution.

It matters as the close of a chapter. Danzig described it as the last of seven numbered albums, each built around its own general concept, so it works as an endpoint for that run of records. The band did not stay together for long afterwards. In the months following the tour, every other member left to pursue other projects. Drummer Joey Castillo went on to join Queens of the Stone Age, and he later played on Black Laden Crown in 2017 without officially rejoining.
