Album
Kunst
Kunst is the seventeenth album by the industrial band KMFDM, released on 26 February 2013 through Metropolis Records. The title is German for "art", a fitting word for a group that has always paired its heavy, electronic-tinged rock with a strong visual identity.
It follows WTF?! from 2011 and comes just before Our Time Will Come in 2014, placing it in a busy stretch of the band's long catalogue. Fans of industrial rock who want to hear how KMFDM sounded in the early 2010s will find it a good place to start, particularly if they know the group mainly from its 1990s records.
