Graffiti on the Train

Graffiti on the Train is the eighth studio album by Stereophonics, the Welsh rock band fronted by Kelly Jones. It came out on 4 March 2013 on their own label, Stylus Records, and Jones co-produced it with Jim Lowe. It followed Keep Calm and Carry On from 2009, the longest wait between albums in their career, and took nearly two years to finish. It was also the last record with drummer Javier Weyler, who was replaced by Jamie Morrison in 2012.

The title came from the sight of children crossing the singer's rooftop to reach the trains and spray paint one. Much of the recording happened at ICP Studios in Brussels, and the film composer David Arnold helped shape orchestral arrangements for three songs, giving the album a more cinematic feel than before. "Indian Summer" became the band's most successful single since 2007, and the record reached number three in the UK. Critics rated it among their strongest work.
