Decade in the Sun: Best of Stereophonics is the band's greatest-hits collection, released on 2008-11-07 by V2. It gathers material from all six of their studio albums, running from the 1997 debut Word Gets Around through to Pull the Pin in 2007, and it adds two new songs, "You're My Star" and "My Own Worst Enemy". The first of those was also issued as a single.

The two-disc edition goes deepest, with seven tracks from the debut, six from You Gotta Go There to Come Back, and a spread across the other records. It also includes a song from Tom Jones's album Reload, two B-sides and two non-album singles, which makes it handy for anyone wanting more than the obvious hits. A single-disc version trims things down to a tighter run, leaning on Just Enough Education to Perform. It sits neatly between Pull the Pin and the band's next studio album, Keep Calm and Carry On.
