Bang!
Bang! is the ninth studio album by English hard rock band Thunder, recorded at Walton Castle in Clevedon, North Somerset, and produced by lead guitarist Luke Morley. It came out on 3 November 2008 and was later issued in Europe through Frontiers Records and in Japan through Victor Entertainment. A companion EP, The Joy of Six, arrived alongside it with six previously unreleased tracks.
The record entered the UK Albums Chart at number 62 and reached number 2 on the UK Rock & Metal Albums Chart. No singles were taken from it, though "On the Radio" went out as a promotional release. It proved to be the last Thunder album for several years: after a short UK tour, the band announced they would split for a second time in August 2009, closing with the "20 Years & Out: The Farewell Tour". Wonder Days followed in 2015.
