Agogo
Agogo is a rarities collection from the industrial act KMFDM, released on 17 November 1998 through Wax Trax! Records. Rather than a new set of songs, it gathers tracks that were previously unreleased, had appeared on other compilations, or were otherwise hard to find.
It arrived between the band's self-titled symbols album of 1997 and Adios in 1999, so it belongs to the closing stretch of what fans call the Classic era, which runs from 1984 to 1999. It is also the only album from that period never to have been reissued in any other format, mp3 included, which makes it something of a hunt for collectors. For anyone who knows the main run of records well, it offers a chance to hear the odds and ends that sat outside it.
