Apart is a studio album by KMFDM, released on 5 June 2020 through KMFDM Enterprises US. It arrived just a year after Paradise, which tells you something about the pace the long-running industrial group keeps. Their discography stretches back to Opium in 1984, and by this point they had been releasing records for well over three decades.

In the band's story, Apart sits between Paradise and Hyëna, part of a late run of albums that has kept the KMFDM name active well into the 2020s. For anyone who followed them from the days of Angst, Nihil and Xtort, it is a chance to hear where the group stood as that catalogue kept growing.
