Coma Divine: Recorded Live in Rome

Popularity34.2

Coma Divine: Recorded Live in Rome is a live album by the British progressive rock band Porcupine Tree, released on 20 October 1997 on Delerium Records. It arrived after Signify (1996) and before Stupid Dream (1999), so it catches the band in the middle of their story, with the music leaning towards progressive rock and Krautrock textures.

The record has been revisited several times. In 2003 it grew into a double album, adding the three tracks from the 1999 promotional single Coma Divine II plus one previously unreleased out-take. That edition also appeared as a three-LP vinyl set with a bonus 7-inch carrying two demo versions of "Disappear". Snapper reworked it as a digipack in 2004. For anyone following Porcupine Tree's development, it is a useful live snapshot from the 1990s.
