Moonloop EP

Moonloop is a Porcupine Tree EP that arrived on 17 October 1994, between the albums Up the Downstair and The Sky Moves Sideways. The band were working in space rock and progressive rock at the time. In the UK it came out on vinyl and CD through Delerium Records.

In the United States, C & S Records issued it as Stars Die, adding "Always Never" from Up the Downstair as an extra track. "Stars Die" itself missed the original UK edition of The Sky Moves Sideways but appeared on the US version, and it sits on the second disc of the 2CD reissues. The cover artwork was later reused for the compilation Stars Die: The Delerium Years 1991–1997, which makes this a handy stop for anyone tracing the band's early years.
