Trailer is a mini album from Ash, released on 18 October 1994. It gathers the band's first three singles, and an expanded edition adds four B-sides. The name was a deliberate joke of sorts: the band saw it as a preview of the debut album proper still to come.

It's a neat snapshot of Ash at the very start, and the first entry in a run of studio albums that continues through 1977 and beyond. One track, "Uncle Pat", turned up in a Heineken advert, which helped lift the band's profile in both Ireland and Britain. If you want to hear where the story begins, before the full-length debut arrived, this is the place to start.
