The Singles
The Singles is Feeder's second UK compilation, arriving on 15 May 2006 on Echo after the b-sides collection Picture of Perfect Youth. It gathers 18 of their UK top 40 hits, leaving out only "Day In Day Out" and "Find The Colour", and adds the Arena Tour single "Comfort In Sound". Three new songs sit alongside them: "Lost And Found", "Burn The Bridges" and "Save Us". The first and last of those were issued as singles, reaching numbers 12 and 34 in the UK.
It also gives a proper album home to a re-recorded "Suffocate" and to "Shatter", and the edited "Just a Day" appears on a commercial album for the first time. Limited editions come with a DVD of the band's promotional videos up to that point. The collection reached number 2 in the UK and went Platinum within months, later climbing to 500,000 shipments. For anyone wanting Feeder's singles in one place, this is the obvious start.
