The Greatest Songs Ever Written (By Us) is a NOFX compilation that gathers songs from across their catalogue and gives them a fresh polish. The tracks had all been released before, but they were cleaned up and restored using newer technology, and a few were remixed for the occasion. It came out in November 2004 on Epitaph Europe.

It arrived a year after The War on Errorism and two years before Wolves in Wolves' Clothing, so it sits neatly in the middle of the band's long run of albums, which began with Liberal Animation in 1988. For anyone who knows the punk and pop punk side of NOFX only from a handful of records, it offers a tidied-up overview. It's also a chance for long-time fans to hear familiar songs with a cleaner sound. A poster for the album turns up in the 2006 film Grandma's Boy.
