Stoke Extinguisher
Stoke Extinguisher is a short release from NOFX, issued on 26 November 2013 by Fat Wreck Chords. It came out as a six-song CD and a two-song 7", and it sits between the band's 2012 album Self Entitled and their next full-length, First Ditch Effort. The artwork was hand painted by Jason Cruz of Strung Out.
Both versions share the new title track and "The Shortest Pier", a song by Tony Sly that NOFX recorded for The Songs of Tony Sly: A Tribute. That makes it a nice companion piece for anyone who likes the band's more affectionate side. The CD fills out the rest of its running order with b-sides gathered from the singles that accompanied Self Entitled. It leaves out the alternate "She Didn't Lose Her Baby" from the "My Stepdad's a Cop and My Stepmom's a Domme" 7". It's one for fans who like to catch the odds and ends around the main records.
