From Beer to Eternity
From Beer to Eternity is the thirteenth studio album by American industrial metal band Ministry, released on 6 September 2013. It was made with guitarist Mike Scaccia, who died before its release and appears on it posthumously. Al Jourgensen had said it would be Ministry's last record, which gives the album a weight that sits alongside its thrash-leaning, industrial metal attack.
It is also the first Ministry album since Houses of the Molé in 2004 without Tommy Victor on guitars or bass. The only single, "PermaWar", appeared on the iTunes Store on 9 August 2013. As it turned out, the band did carry on, and AmeriKKKant followed in 2018, but this record stands as a farewell to Scaccia and a worthwhile listen for anyone following Ministry's later years.
