In Case You Didn’t Feel Like Showing Up (Live)
In Case You Didn't Feel Like Showing Up is a live album by the American industrial metal band Ministry, released on 4 September 1990 by Sire Records. It arrived after a run of studio records that took the band from the synth-pop of With Sympathy in 1983 to the harder, more abrasive sound of The Land of Rape and Honey in 1988 and The Mind Is a Terrible Thing to Taste in 1989.
As a live record, it sits between that run and the 1992 studio album ΚΕΦΑΛΗΞΘ, and it gives listeners a way to hear Ministry's industrial metal and electro-industrial leanings played out on stage. It suits anyone who knows the late-1980s studio albums and wants to hear how that material sounds with the band at full volume.
