Album
Spiritual Genocide
Spiritual Genocide is the twelfth studio album by German thrash metal band Destruction. It came out on 23 November 2012 through Nuclear Blast, and it was put out to mark the band's 30th anniversary.
It follows Day of Reckoning from 2011 and sits between that record and Under Attack in 2016. For listeners who first met Destruction through the mid-80s run of Infernal Overkill, Eternal Devastation and Release From Agony, it shows a band still working in straight thrash metal nearly three decades on. It is a fitting one to try if you want to hear how they marked three decades together.
