Aber bitte mit Sahne!
Aber bitte mit Sahne! is an EP by the German thrash metal band Sodom, released on 5 November 1993 through Steamhammer. The title track is a cover of a 1975 song of the same name by the Austrian singer Udo Jürgens. The title translates as "But with whipped cream, please", which gives a fair hint that the band weren't taking things entirely seriously here.
It arrived between two studio albums, Tapping the Vein (1992) and Get What You Deserve (1994), so it works as a curious side step in the band's story. For fans of Sodom's thrash, it is worth hearing to find out what they do with a German pop number from an entirely different world.
