Who Dares Wins is a compilation of rarities from Bolt Thrower's Earache Records years, released in September 1998. The first four tracks come from the Cenotaph EP and the next four from the Spearhead EP, whose artwork also provides the cover. The last two date from the same session as the album ...For Victory, and had previously turned up on Rareache, Earache's anniversary box set, and on the Japanese edition of that record.

It landed at the same time as Mercenary, the band's first album for Metal Blade Records, and the group accused Earache of trying to cash in. A planned title, No Guts, No Glory, was dropped because it was already the name of a song on Mercenary. Bolt Thrower themselves advise against buying it, so it is best approached as a curiosity for completists who want those EP tracks and session leftovers gathered together.
