Album
Psycho City
Psycho City is the sixth studio album by the American hard rock band Great White, released in September 1992 on Capitol Records. It followed Hooked from 1991 and arrived at a point when the band was well into its second decade of making records, having started out with On Your Knees (The First LP) in 1983.
The record carries a small piece of history for the band: it was the last studio album they made for Capitol. A compilation, The Best of Great White: 1986–1992, appeared the following year, but Psycho City closed that chapter of new material. If you follow the group from Once Bitten and …Twice Shy onwards, it is the natural place to see how that Capitol era wound up. A 1999 reissue from the French label Axe Killer added four bonus tracks, which is handy for anyone wanting a fuller version.
