America’s Least Wanted
America's Least Wanted is the debut studio album from Ugly Kid Joe, released in September 1992 on Mercury Records. The title is a tongue-in-cheek twist on "America's Most Wanted", and it sets the tone for a band mixing funk metal and hard rock with a cheeky streak. It is the only Ugly Kid Joe album to feature drummer Mark Davis.
The record did well. "Everything About You" reached No. 3 in the UK and No. 9 on the Billboard Hot 100, while their cover of Harry Chapin's 1974 folk rock song "Cats in the Cradle" climbed to No. 6 in the US. "Neighbor" and "Busy Bee" also made the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart. By 1995 it had gone double platinum in both the United States and Australia, which makes it a good place to start with the band.
