Sail Away
Sail Away is the seventh studio album by American hard rock band Great White, released on 10 May 1994. It was their first record for Zoo Entertainment, and it marked a clear change of mood: acoustic guitars lead the way, and the performances are relaxed and unhurried, with a blues rock feel running through it.
It is also the only recording the band made with bassist Teddy Cook. Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band guests on saxophone, playing the solo on "Gone with the Wind". The original release came with a bonus disc, Anaheim Live. For anyone who knows Great White for their louder side, this is the album that shows what they sounded like with the amps turned down.
