Back to the Rhythm

Back to the Rhythm is Great White's tenth studio album, released on 17 July 2007 through Frontiers Records. It was their first set of original songs in about eight years, which made it a proper comeback record for the American hard rock band.

Mark Kendall and Jack Russell wrote 15 songs for it during 2006, and the band recorded it in just 24 days in March 2007 in Belmont, California. Michael Lardie mixed, produced and engineered it, with every member having a say in the final mix. The band describe the songs as eclectic, taking in the whole span of their career, with a few that nod back to the sound of their 1984 era. If you've followed Great White since the early days, that look over the shoulder is the reason to hear it.
