Album
Screaming for Vengeance
Screaming for Vengeance is the eighth studio album by Judas Priest, an English heavy metal band, released on 17 July 1982 on Columbia. It follows British Steel and Point of Entry, and keeps their streamlined, more commercial approach while swinging back towards a heavier, harder sound.
It is the record that broke the band in North America, going double platinum in the United States and platinum in Canada. The big draw is "You've Got Another Thing Comin'", which became one of their signature songs and has never really left the radio. If you know Priest mainly through British Steel, this is the natural next stop: the same sharpened focus, with more weight behind it.
