A Touch of Evil: Live
A Touch of Evil: Live is Judas Priest's fifth live album, released in July 2009 on Columbia. It arrived a year after the band's concept record Nostradamus, and it gathers concert recordings from the touring that followed their 2005 reunion album Angel of Retribution.
For a band with a catalogue stretching back to Rocka Rolla in 1974, it is a snapshot of Priest in the late 2000s rather than a look back at the early years. If you want to hear how their heavy metal sounds on stage after more than three decades, this is a fair place to start, and a handy companion to the studio records on either side of it.
