The High End of Low is the seventh studio album by Marilyn Manson, released in May 2009 on Interscope Records. It was the last record the band made for the label, and the last to feature long-time drummer Ginger Fish. Its lyrics draw on Manson's personal turmoil, in particular his divorce from Dita Von Teese and his later relationship with Evan Rachel Wood.

The line-up shifted during the making of it. Manson began work with guitarist Tim Sköld, but Sköld left when Twiggy, formerly Twiggy Ramirez, returned on bass. The production team brought back Sean Beavan from Antichrist Superstar and Mechanical Animals, alongside Chris Vrenna. Reviews were mixed, though several outlets rated it the band's best since Mechanical Animals. It debuted at number four on the Billboard 200. "We're from America" and "Arma-goddamn-motherfuckin-geddon" were the singles.
