Album
Invaders Must Die
Invaders Must Die is the fifth studio album by the Prodigy, released on 23 February 2009. It was the first record on the band's own label, Take Me to the Hospital, with Cooking Vinyl handling distribution. It followed Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned from 2004, and it did better commercially than that album, though critics were more divided.
What sets it apart in the band's story is how it was made. With Leeroy Thornhill gone, this was the first Prodigy record where every remaining member, Liam Howlett, Maxim and Keith Flint, took part in the creative process. It is also the only Prodigy album without a single explicit song. Four singles came from it: the title track, "Omen", "Warrior's Dance" and "Take Me to the Hospital". Fans of the group's big beat and breakbeat sound will find plenty to enjoy here.
