Rush in Rio is the Canadian trio's live set from Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, released on 21 October 2003 through Anthem Records. It captures the final night of the 2002 Vapor Trails Tour in front of 40,000 people, and it was the first Rush concert video to present one night's entire show. The 29-song performance came out as a DVD, in one-disc and two-disc editions, and as a three-CD set. The two-disc version adds a behind-the-scenes tour documentary directed by Andrew MacNaughtan, plus multi-angle viewing for three instrumentals.

It arrived the year after Vapor Trails, their first studio album since Test for Echo, and the tour was Rush's return to the road. The recording was made under some strain: the crew were hours late from São Paulo, so there was no sound or video check before the crowd came in. The film still won the 2004 Juno Award for Music DVD of the Year.
