Wings of Tomorrow
Wings of Tomorrow is the second studio album by the Swedish rock band Europe, released on 24 February 1984. It came out through Hot Records in Sweden and Epic Records in the United States, giving the band an early foothold with a major American label. The record is a hard rock set that follows their self-titled debut of 1983.
For anyone tracing the band's story, this is a record of transition. It is the last Europe album to feature drummer Tony Reno, so it closes a chapter before the group moved towards The Final Countdown in 1986. One small detail worth knowing is that "Scream of Anger" began life under the title "Black Journey Through My Soul". It is a good one for fans who want to hear the band before their breakthrough.
