Out of This World
Out of This World is the fourth studio album by the Swedish rock band Europe, released on 9 August 1988 through Epic. It followed The Final Countdown and was recorded in London, at Olympic Studios and Townhouse Studios. It is also the first Europe record to feature Kee Marcello on lead guitar, who came from Easy Action and Noice and took over from John Norum.
The album sold over 3 million copies worldwide and reached number 19 on the US Billboard 200, with strong chart showings elsewhere too. Four singles came from it: "Superstitious", "Open Your Heart", "Let the Good Times Rock" and "More Than Meets the Eye". If you want to hear how the band sounded with a new guitarist after their breakthrough, this hard rock record is the place to start.
