Hey Stoopid is Alice Cooper's twelfth solo album and nineteenth studio album overall, released on 2 July 1991 through Epic. It followed Trash, the 1989 hit that put him back in the spotlight, and it was clearly built to keep that momentum going. It was also the last Cooper record to feature bassist Hugh McDonald before he left to join Bon Jovi in 1994.

The guest list is the real draw. Slash, Ozzy Osbourne, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Vinnie Moore, Lance Bulen and Mötley Crüe's Nikki Sixx and Mick Mars all turn up. "Feed My Frankenstein" is the one to seek out, with Vai and Satriani sharing the guitar duties and Sixx on bass. If you enjoy late-eighties hard rock with plenty of famous friends in the room, this is a lively listen.
