Dust
Dust is the seventh studio album by Screaming Trees, released on 25 June 1996 through Epic. It sits in the grunge and hard rock camp that the band had worked in since their debut, Clairvoyance, in 1986.
It followed Sweet Oblivion from 1992 and turned out to be the last record the group put out for fifteen years, until Last Words: The Final Recordings appeared in 2011. For anyone tracing the band's story from the late-1980s albums through Uncle Anesthesia and Sweet Oblivion, Dust is the natural place to finish, and it closes out the run of studio albums from their main period.
