The Singles Collection, Volume 4

Popularity37.0

The Singles Collection, Volume 4 is a limited edition CD box set from Queen, released on 18 October 2010 by Parlophone. It closes the four-part singles series, gathering remastered versions of thirteen top-40 singles that followed those in Volume 3. The Five Live EP and the Small Soldiers remix of "Another One Bites the Dust" are left out, the latter because it was never an EMI/Parlophone release.

The set covers the years 1988 to 1998 and draws on The Miracle, Innuendo, Made in Heaven, Queen Rocks and Greatest Hits III. That takes in the band's last run of singles, up to and beyond the posthumous Made in Heaven era. It was also Queen's final release on EMI/Parlophone before the back catalogue moved to Universal's Island label in 2011, so it works as a tidy farewell to that chapter, and a handy way to hear the late singles in remastered form.
