Jigoku-Retsuden, which roughly translates as "Hell's Legends", is a limited-edition CD and DVD set that Kiss made exclusively for Japan. It is also known as Kissology and Kiss Klassics. It came out on 27 August 2008 through DefSTAR Records. The CD gathers 15 classic Kiss songs, all re-recorded by the band's 2008 line-up of Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer.

The DVD looks back further, with concert footage from the band's 1977 show at Budokan Hall in Tokyo. It sits between the studio albums Psycho Circus (1998) and Sonic Boom (2009), and gives a snapshot of how the newer line-up handled the old material. The CD was reissued on 6 October 2009 in a deluxe digipack edition of Sonic Boom, alongside concert footage from the Alive 35 Tour.
