When London Burns
When London Burns is Deicide's first DVD, a live release from the Florida death metal band, put out by Earache Records on 7 March 2006.
It arrives in the middle of a busy stretch for the group, following Scars of the Crucifix from 2004 and coming out in the same year as The Stench of Redemption. The extras include a documentary, Behind the Scars, which looks at how that earlier album was made. The concert itself was recorded just five days after the Hoffman brothers left the band, which gives the performance an unsettled backdrop. Fans who want to see Deicide on stage, and to hear how Scars of the Crucifix came together, will find both here.
