Rehab
Rehab is Quiet Riot's eleventh studio album, released in October 2006 on Demolition Records. It arrived five years after Guilty Pleasures from 2001, which had been the band's previous studio record, and it sits in the hard rock and heavy metal camp that the group had worked in since their early days.
The record matters mostly for who is singing on it. It is the last studio album to feature frontman Kevin DuBrow, who died in November 2007, so it closes his run on record with the band. For anyone who came to Quiet Riot through Metal Health in 1983 and kept following them, it is the final chapter of that era, and it is worth hearing for that reason alone.
