Greatest Hits is a compilation by the American hard rock and heavy metal band Quiet Riot, released on 20 February 1996 through Pasha. It gathers material from a career that by then stretched back to the late 1970s, and AllMusic gave it four stars.

It arrived between two studio records, Down to the Bone (1995) and Alive and Well (1999), at a time when the band was still active. For anyone wanting a single-disc overview of Quiet Riot rather than a trawl through their studio albums, from the self-titled debut in 1978 through Metal Health in 1983 and beyond, it offers a handy starting point.
