The Good the Bad & the Live: The 6½ Year Anniversary 12″ Collection

Released7 May 1990
Popularity46.8

The Good the Bad & the Live: The 6½ Year Anniversary 12″ Collection is a Metallica compilation EP, released through Phonogram on 7 May 1990. As the title suggests, it marks an anniversary in 12-inch format.

It landed between two major studio albums, ...And Justice for All in 1988 and the self-titled Black Album in 1991. That makes it a stopgap for thrash fans while the band were between full-length records.
